Privacy Policy

Basketball Pro VR for Meta Quest · developed and published by Citiview Studios · effective 3 September 2026

This policy explains what Basketball Pro VR ("the app") does with information when you play it. The short version: the app collects nothing, sends nothing, and stores nothing about you.

1. Information we collect

Basketball Pro VR does not collect any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no profile and no analytics. The app does not read your name, email address, contacts, location, voice, images, or the layout of your room, and it does not use the headset's cameras or microphone.

2. How information is used

Because no information is collected, none is used. Controller and headset tracking data is processed on the headset in real time to move the game and is discarded immediately; it never leaves the device.

3. Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any information to third parties. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no social features. It makes no network requests.

4. Retention

The app keeps no data between sessions: scores, music choice and mode reset every time the app starts. Nothing is written to the headset's storage on your behalf, and nothing is stored on any server. Uninstalling the app removes everything it installed.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. As it collects no information at all, there is nothing to request or delete.

6. Purchases

The app is sold through the Meta Horizon Store. Any payment or account information involved in that purchase is handled by Meta under Meta's privacy policy; Citiview Studios never sees it.

7. Changes

If a future update ever changes what the app does with data, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
